Mark Annis

Whilst I have spent most of my life (so far) living on the Isle of Man I was born in Manchester, a city I am very proud of.

I have always had a great passion for telling stories through visuals but this has mostly been via the medium of video. The marriage of film footage and music is something very powerful. In recent years I have drifted more towards still photography, mainly landscape. Possibly advancing years has made freezing time more appealing. The thing that fascinates me about photography is that everyone sees something different when setting up a composition.

When not behind a camera or editing footage I am normally engrossed in sport or listening to music both of which I adore.
